Where is the wedding ceremony and reception being held?
The Welcome Dinner, Wedding Ceremony and Reception will all be held at the Carneros Resort, Napa, CA.
What is the dress code?
Welcome Dinner Attire: Semi-Formal
Wedding Ceremony & Reception Attire: Black Tie Optional
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Between 5:30-6:00pm. We will begin at 6:00pm sharp.
Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be uncovered outdoors. Umbrellas will be provided for more optional shade. The reception will be indoors.
Are children welcome?
This will be an adults-only wedding
What are the closest airports to the venue?
SFO & OAK are the closest airports. Please check out the travel section of our website for more information.
Do I need to rent a car?
We recommend renting a car, as Napa is over an hour drive from the two nearest airports. If you are not renting a car, Uber is available for airport transportation as well as in the Napa Valley area.
Are there any hotels near the venue?
Yes, there are a ton of options in the Napa / Sonoma area. The address of our venue 4048 Sonoma Hwy, Napa, CA 94559 to check the proximity in relation to hotels you are considering.
Is there transportation provided between the ceremony and reception/hotels?
The ceremony and the reception are located at the same venue. Given everyone will be staying either on site at the venue or different locations, we will not be offering transportation to/from the venue.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, valet will be available.
